Pretty much since I posted yesterday, rather, since dinner, I have felt terrible. It is interesting to go from pretty good to quite bad so quickly and then sustain that for hours. I had chicken, acorn squash, and butternut squash last night for dinner and almost immediately felt quite bad. Major indigestion, to a degree that my throat hurt. I mean, I suppose it could be the acorn squash, but given that I still feel equally bad today, I think it is more about my stomach than what I had eaten.
It all seems so random. I am not sure how to proceed.
